How it all started

How did a boy from Southern California who married a girl from the South end up making Artisan Bagels? It all happened almost by accident. I suppose with the last name of Nagel it must have been our destiny. 

It all started when Rich’s day job had him traveling places like Manhattan, New Jersey, and Boston where he was able to experience amazing fresh bagels every day.
